Enchant consists of a Christmas Light Maze and Christmas Markets. This is a spectacular light display that commenced on November 25th and runs until New Year’s Eve. Enchant is located at 1st & Crowe Street. Tickets can be purchased upon entry or online. Be dazzled by the world’s largest Christmas Light Maze.
Skate the day or night away! The Robson square Ice rink is now open until February 14th 2017.The ice rink is open from 9am till 9pm and remains open till 11pm on Friday and Saturday. Gliding around the ice rink will only cost you the rental of the skates, rental costs is $4.
Head to North Vancouver and be amazed by the extravaganza light display that is Capilano Suspension Bridge Canyon Lights. Canyon Lights kicked off on November 24th and will run until January 8th from 11am till 9pm. Tickets can be purchased online or at the entrance. Be amazed by all the lights on the suspension bridge, the cliff walk, the treetops adventure and more. This display will leave you breathless! Do you need to get a spin to see the Canyon Lights? Avail of their free shuttle bus.
Bright Nights Stanley Park
Be dazzled by the Bright Nights train it’s their 19th annual event. Information in regard to ticket and opening hours can be seen on their website. Did you know that donations and a portion of ticket sales go to the BC Professional Fire Fighters’ Burn Fund! It is a great outing for all the family.
Festival of Lights VanDusen
Festival of Lights at VanDusen, located at 5251 Oak Street, kicked off on December 1st and will run until January 2nd. The garden is decorated with over one million lights. This year a new carousel has been added and your entry ticket allows you a free ride! This brilliant display of lights is open from 4pm until 9.00pm and will be open from 4.30pm till 10.00pm from December 16th till December 23rd.
