  1. Bruce and Linda Ireland

Very disappointed to not get rewards card for our recent stay at Best Western Plus Rose city suites hotel in Welland, Ontario Canada. We started reservation from your website and ended up talking to a woman who claims she was located in Central America. We tried various methods to contact the hotel directly as the gentlemen travelling with us has an amputated leg and we wanted to book the handicapped room for him. We wasted several hours trying to contact hotel directly to book the 2 rooms. Our friend was also a member of CAA.

We were hoping to use the gift cards for a trip we are planning to Ottawa, On on August 10, 2017. Our rewards number is 600663 7454560327.
